A New Year...

As we enter in 2014, we are excited about the upcoming opportunities and memories to be made...yet, let's not forget the good and bad of 2013...

Here's a recap...

January 2013...

monkey man turned 2...we had an awesome superhero party at our house

monkey man and I went to Indiana for our annual "mommy and me" trip to celebrate his birthday there too

February 2013...

we let go of non-healthy friendships...after realizing that they were only tearing us down behind our backs, we realized they were not true friends after all

March 2013...

we felt the prompting of the Lord to put our house on the market, it sold in 3 days in for sale by owner to a cash buyer

April 2013...

we celebrated our 3rd anniversary with a trip to Dalls

we celebrated another wonderful Easter visiting a church who puts on an annual Easter play

we found a place to live in Frisco, Texas

May 2013...

T landed a job in Dallas to start in June

we said a sad good-bye to our good friends the Gazillo's...they moved to Georgia for the coast guard

June 2013...

I leave my part-time job of cleaning in Lafayette...

we pack up the house...

we move to Frisco, Texas

I interview with Dallas ISD and am hired to do special education inclusion as well as coach cheerleading

July 2013...

T celebrates another birthday!

T goes to Georgia for training, monkey man and I take a week long road trip seeing our Lafayette, La friends and the Gazillos and Williams family in Georgia as well as visiting T at his training in Georgia

August 2013...

I start my new job in Dallas...

T leaves for training in Georgia

September 2013...

Monkey man starts a new MDO program and we are blessed with a friend of twin 3 year old girls who picks him up from MDO and watches him til I get off work

October 2013...

I celebrate another birthday with family and friends at Maggianno's

November 2013...

We enjoy a nice Thanksgiving at home, T is home and we eat our tradition of ham, only this year we celebrate it with new friends!

December 2013...

T is moved to the North Dallas team with NCR

we celebrate Christmas Eve at the 11 pm service at our new church, Frisco Bible Church

monkey man is really into gifts this year

Rolling into 2014...

We enjoy time with friends at our place and prepare our hearts as God takes us through another year and another journey...
